feeling back on track...and my weight is back to my lowest...so only forward from here!
breakfast: chobani coconut yogurt with kind peanut butter granola
lunch: 100 cal cottage cheese, kind cashew and ginger bar
dinner: 4 vodka sodas (hey! it was more or less my "weekend"...) insides of a greek chicken pita with 2 tblsp tzatziki (no pita), about 10 french fries
exercise: walked 4 miles
cals eaten: 1749
cals burned: 589
ok, so obviously this is more cals than i generally like to consume...but it was mostly vodka calories haha. and i owed myself a fun night :)
packed a thousand healthy snacks for work today, and planning to take and lunch-time walk and after-work run...step goal for today: 20,000!
