I need some nudging to fit in some quick bursts of oxygen, my exercise time is limited today, so I'm going to be using the restroom at work for some quick GOYB's (get off your boo-tay!).
Sooo... if you're reading this, look at your desktop clock, see what time it is. How ever many minutes after the hour it is, drop what you're doing and do that many jumping jacks!
Can't do a jumping jack for health reasons? Modify or substitute, be smart :-)
