I decided no muffins or toast today but the calories are the same as yesterday without the fresh fruit tomato or english muffin. I substituted for 8 oz. of Orange, Peach, Mango juice. I might be better off with fresh berries.
I like to clean as I go in the kitchen. Therefore, after a meal most of the cooking mess is already cleaned up and put away. Also I like to set up everything in advance before getting ready to cook. I put out and visually look at what I'm about to prepare. I see that I have balance and color in my meal.
Also it helps to put any meds out, take then put away so I don't forget. I'm using 4 different eye drops from eye surgery, taking a multiple vitamin, a baby aspirin and HBP meds.
