I am in a challenge and one requirement is write a blog . I am not a prolific blogger but gave it some thought on the topic of what's gone wrong with my diets and plans in the past?
I have succeeded several times only to regain most of the weight lost.
. But recently I had kept about 35 lbs off for some time but could get no further.
Why? I ask myself ! know what to do, why don't I just do it?
I do not usually join in challenges? Why? I worked it out it is lack of belief in myself . I just assume I won't be able to do challenges .
Maybe not losing weight is linked to the same lack of self belief? I automatically think I can't do that. But if I change one four letter word for another ! CAN'T to WILL that should be a good start!
