Change a four letter word

I am in a challenge and one requirement is write a blog . I am not a prolific blogger but gave it some thought on the topic of what's gone wrong with my diets and plans in the past?
I have succeeded several times only to regain most of the weight lost.
. But recently I had kept about 35 lbs off for some time but could get no further.
Why? I ask myself ! know what to do, why don't I just do it?
I do not usually join in challenges? Why? I worked it out it is lack of belief in myself . I just assume I won't be able to do challenges .
Maybe not losing weight is linked to the same lack of self belief? I automatically think I can't do that. But if I change one four letter word for another ! CAN'T to WILL that should be a good start!

    What a profound blog, Ree. It is truly amazing how we can limit ourselves by assumptions we make or things we come to believe about ourselves on the flimsiest of evidence. Many of us don't believe in ourselves. It's time to realize that we have not gotten this far in life by being wimps! So let's, day by day, step up to the plate and do what we KNOW we can do. All we need to do is, as you say, tell ourselves "I will do it" instead of "I can't do it". thanks for the reminder, Ree.

    You can do don't think of it as a challenge because its your journey to good health. Think of it as a tool for you to check off things that are we already do
we plan out meals track out food and works out share like you did your doing great sharing your with us. made a great start by sharing your with us you are off to a good start we are here to support you along the way. emoticon emoticon

    I didn't join challenge teams until the 5% challenge and have been in it over a year now and lost at first but now at a stand still...Need to lose about 35lb more. Good luck an hopefully we will all use the words "I WILL"

    Just take 1 week at a time. We can do it. Writing down helps a lot for me. I have counted calories for so long, that I pretty much know what I am eating. Hang in there. You have done very well.
