Ok so I'm not a good daily blogger but last week was good.
It's great not traveling -- so much easier to stay on plan. And for the first time in a long time, I got a solid 5 hours of sleep last night and feel great. Woke up earlier than normal (and I'm already quite the early bird) and got in some morning yoga.
My accountability partners were too quiet last week -- hoping they are doing well, moving and eating better.
