Got off my butt and walked!

I was tired earlier, had a nasty headache coming on, and was overall just done for the day. I was just going to go to bed, but instead I decided to play with the dogs a little and ended up walking/jogging/running around my house for an hour and getting over my 10k steps for the day! This makes ONE day of regular exercise for an hour and I have to learn to not beat myself up if I only get in 30 minutes instead of that hour, but what is aggravating me is that if I change my exercise goals on spark it says I need to adjust and eat more. I don't want to eat more...I don't seem to do as well when I allow myself to eat more. I also don't consistently work out for that hour each day and then what? Then I have gone over and not burned enough. Also my fitbit says I got in way more calories burned that I think I actually burned so do I adjust based on that or just let it slide for awhile and see what happens with my weight?
So many questions...darn fitbit is pushing me to get those 10k each day and I LIKE I want to hit 20k in a day! I know I will the day I do both 5ks but I want to hit it before that so I know I can do it that day and not run out of steam.

As for the new Nutrition Tracker, I think it over-estimates the calories for me. I went back to my old range of calories and that seems to be working out better for me. My old range is about 500-700 less than the new range, which varies by day. Everyone is different, you may need to try it for a week or two to see how it works out for you.

    I do what feels right to my body and don't go by what spark people tells me. They say I should have about 160 grams of carbs per day, but I gain if I eat carbs. I keep my carbs below 100 grams per day, and still struggle to lose.

    Now that is motivation when you are tired and ready for bed, but you still manage to pull out an hour of fitness!
