Magnificent Monday!

I have a lot more energy because of the way I've been eating healthier, and doing at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday. It is a great feeling!

I went for a run with two friends & I was excited because by going at a slower pace with them I realized I could go faster and I would be just fine!
