This is a quote from Luann and it is so true. It is the start that I am working on getting myself up a few minutes earlier each morning for a 10-15 workout. Didnt' do it this morning Mon. 8/12. Will try again on Tuesday.
Well I didn't make my goal this past week. However, I am hopeful that this week will be different. I just have to develop some discipline. I went to a workshop Thursday 9/12 that was very motivational. Something that was said was if you were required to take medicine every single day or you would die immediately no second chance if you missed even a single dose you would remember to take your medicine. Likewise you need to make whatever your goal is a priority. So tomorrow first thing when I get out of bed I am going to commit to doing 10 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, and 10 pushups. I've joined an SP walking group so I have 20 minutes of walking to do on Monday also. I know I can do that.
