My list of quick meals

Ok, SparkCoach, here is my list of fast go-to meals:

Breakfast:
Option 1: 1 Tbsp low salt/sugar peanut butter/toast/fruit
Option 2: Oatmeal/1Tbsp peanut butter/fruit
Option 3: 1 egg, sauteed veggies, fruit

Lunch or Dinner:
Option 1: 3 oz tuna/tomato slices/grapes/bread
Option 2: 2 oz whole wheat pasta/1 oz cheese/3 oz tuna or chicken/green salad
Option 3: 3 oz grilled salmon or halibut/grilled veggies/green salad

Snackies:
Fruit and 8 pita chips
1 low sugar/fat pudding cup
almonds and fruit

I'm going to need to be very organized and proactive once school starts again. Not eating a healthy lunch due to lack of time turns into ravenous after work and stopping at fast food... NO MORE. Meal plans are the key and this summer I've taught myself that I CAN and DO enjoy cooking healthy meals at home. I just have to do it.
