After a fairly sedentary day at work (6642 steps) I made it to the gym. I did a 15 minute walk/run, 15 minute stretching/yoga, 15 minutes on the weight machines . and a 15 minute cool down walk. It felt good and I still had energy when I got home.
Tomorrow I'm going to do the Jeff Galloway Walk/Run program. It's about a 30 minute work-out. I was able to run about a quarter of my warm-up today. I want to see if I've improved since last year. If I have I'm going to start the Couch to 10K program. I've done 5K's in the past and would like to try a 10 K in the Spring, or maybe at Christmas.
It's time to go to bed and Woohoo!! I've made my 10,000 steps.
