After a fairly sedentary day at work (6642 steps) I made it to the gym. I did a 15 minute walk/run, 15 minute stretching/yoga, 15 minutes on the weight machines . and a 15 minute cool down walk. It felt good and I still had energy when I got home.

Tomorrow I'm going to do the Jeff Galloway Walk/Run program. It's about a 30 minute work-out. I was able to run about a quarter of my warm-up today. I want to see if I've improved since last year. If I have I'm going to start the Couch to 10K program. I've done 5K's in the past and would like to try a 10 K in the Spring, or maybe at Christmas.

It's time to go to bed and Woohoo!! I've made my 10,000 steps.

    I've noticed the all my moving boxes and moving furniture isn't the same as cardio movement for the sake of exercise. Glad you did well today and sound set for tomorrow!
