I am really starting to face reality. Today I walked three miles and my calf and hip muscles were tired when I got back. A year ago, it would have been easy to walk three miles. Now, it's hard.
Guess I am not quite ready to train for a half marathon. No sense hurting my body. If I can't walk three miles easily, how in the world am I going to
13.1 miles?!! Honestly, I am pretty disappointed in myself that I am out of shape.
Goals for August (better late than sorry):
-Strength train 3x/week
-Track food 3x week
Update on the clothes:
I took all my clothes that I did not like wearing when I was 160 out of my closet and boxed them up. Honestly, I dont think I will miss them. I didn't like them before, I am not going to magically like them. The other clothes are staying in the clothes for now. Eventually, I will probably box up clothes to try on every month or even next summer!
