Can't look at 'chores' the same way...

Monday, August 12, 2013

I don't know if any of you use your phone as a lifeline more than the actual/ initial purpose of the phone (to make/receive calls).

I have had an Android phone for just under a year now. I never EVER freaked out if I had left my blackberry at home once upon a time....but NOW I miss everything if I forget my phone at home.

Looking over my to do list on my "Any.Do" app today. I adore this app but haven't really taken full advantage of it. I just keep delaying my tasks over and over...

I went over my 'delayed' tasks once again this morning, and realized enough was enough.

I no longer look at these tasks as 'chores'. These are items that make!!! If I can't get it done, it's not the end of the world.

I can do this, but I have to respect myself. I WILL put the effort into me!

Avoiding dependence on all these new techy types of gizmos is becoming difficult because they've become so much a part of our habits. Handy when it works. And serves as a total roadblock when the gizmo isn't around or, worse, bites the dust!

Since you do have gizmo-dependency (sounds like some disease that should require hospital quarantine procedures, doesn't it?!), ...

are you using the SP apps?

You can do tracking and more on the gizmo from anywhere... Maybe you'd come to regard the gizmo has your carry-along journey support group!!
