TRY TRY AGAIN!!!!
My first work out of the night, didn't go so well. I felt exhausted and off the entire time. Mind you, I ate horrible this weekend (all weekend to be exact) at a family reunion up north, and then I barely drank any water. Serves me right!
Any ways, I decided to give z-box a try afterwards because I was feeling a bit depressed about the first work out. Needless to say, it went a lot better. I wasn't at 100% but definitely a lot better than the first work out.
I've been struggling controlling my eating lately and then tonight's workout seemed a lot harder than normal. If you are stuck in the same kind of rut that I am I used the following for motivation!
I put tonight into the "successful" column!
