If at first you don't succeed...

My first work out of the night, didn't go so well. I felt exhausted and off the entire time. Mind you, I ate horrible this weekend (all weekend to be exact) at a family reunion up north, and then I barely drank any water. Serves me right!

Any ways, I decided to give z-box a try afterwards because I was feeling a bit depressed about the first work out. Needless to say, it went a lot better. I wasn't at 100% but definitely a lot better than the first work out.

I've been struggling controlling my eating lately and then tonight's workout seemed a lot harder than normal. If you are stuck in the same kind of rut that I am I used the following for motivation!

I put tonight into the "successful" column!

    I have talked with more people who have been struggling with food, too, so it isn't just you. Keep it up with the exercising! You are so right about the only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. Good motto!
