My spark coach wants me to blog about how I know when I have had a good workout. There are several signs. I am slightly tired. I feel energized. (I know contradiction in terms.) I am a little bit sore the next day. I am a little sweaty or alot depending on the workout. I am a little short of breath. As I said lots of ways to tell if I have had a good workout.
