LW: No weigh-in (AF visit)
Pound lost Week 5: None. (+0.2)
Pounds lost to date: 10 pounds
- Nutrition: Still craving sweets. Lots of high calorie days and eating out. Drank my 8 cups of water everyday and took my multivitamin and supplements as well.
- Exercise: no workouts. Bought a new bicycle on Saturday (my very first bicycle since childhood!). I rode my bike for 12 minutes that day (and felt like dying...ha!).
- Mind / motivation: did breathing exercises 2 out of 7 days. Goal was 4 out of 7 days which means I STILL HAVE TO WORK ON THIS. Listened the 2 happy songs selected for the week (love "I can see clearly now" by Johnny Nash).

- Nutrition: continue my spark streaks of drinking water and taking my multivitamin and supplements. Daily juicing. Finally use the veggie spiralizer I bought to create 1 new recipe.
- Exercise: Ride my bike at least 15 minutes a day / 4 times per week. Any other exercise done is a bonus this week. Will probably join a gym this or next week, so we'll see!
- Mind / motivation: Do breathing exercises 3 out of 7 days for 5 minutes each time. Listen to 2 new happy songs at least twice a week. Pray when feeling anxious.
