I know this really isn't a big deal to anyone else but it is bothering me. I just went shopping with my fiance and we only got conveinence food. I.E. Hamburger Helper and Ramen Noodles. The thing is, we have enough money to get healthy food. We just didn't. I had a menu all planned out but we didn't follow it. We didn't get a single fruit or veggie. I'm actually really mad about it. Very disappointed in myself for letting it happen. Anyway, we spent all of our money so I'm stuck with it for the rest of the month. I'm going to try to plan only healthy meals for next month. I will make a list of meals that use a lot of the same ingredients and stock up on meat, fruits and veggies. I am determined to start losing weight consistently. I need to stop putting up roadblocks and get it done already!
Got my fruits and veggies! Enough for five servings every day for at least a week !
