I am needing breakfast ideas from my team mates and SparkFriends.
I have been eating a 2 egg omlet filled with chopped non-starchy veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, red/yellow/orange peppers, onion, celery) but I am getting tired of it.
I have some special dietary needs/restrictions:
Because of fibro I need real protein with all the amino acids
Because of hypothryoidism, I can't have calcium so soon after taking my meds in the morning.
Because of hypothyroidism, I can't have soy or raw broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, kale, etc.
Because of pre-diabetes, I need to restrict carbs and starches.
So, does anyone have any ideas?
