For 12 days straight I have gotten up and have taken my dog for about a mile walk. Once I got home I would have a yogurt. Just having this change in my life I have felt better mentally and physically. I have more energy so now I don't have to fight with myself to do house work and yard work. This morning after my walk I went straight back outside and did about an hour and a half work in the yard. It felt so good to move around and not feel sore while having sweat come down your face. I love that feeling. I would like to spend an hour each day after the walk doing yard work. 2 hours if the weather is nice.
I need to start stretching everyday. We take another mile-ish walk after dinner so I think I might do them when we get back. Once I get use to that I need to do them first thing in the mornings before the walk and before bed.
Its a couple days before... you girls know what, and my hips are already getting sore. For me my lower back and hips are sore for about 5 days so after this Im going to start my plan. I haven't worked it all about yet but I have an idea in mind.
