Since we last met...

I've completed a 3 km run in 14 minutes 43 seconds, a 5 km Park Run (parkrun.org.uk) and a 10 km run in 56 minutes and 46 seconds.

I've not been great with my fasting but I'm down to about 202 lbs so finally getting closer to the magic 200 lbs mark.

Our wedding plans are starting to gain a little pace and we're edging closer to finding a venue for our wedding reception. More concrete plans about the other aspects of the wedding are coming together also!

I'll give you a more in depth update soon.

    You are really rocking the running!
How about trying for just one fast day a week? I noticed in a previous post you mentioned eating just one meal on fast days, that seems pretty stringent, Perhaps if you had a mid morning breakfast smoothie you might find a fast day a bit easier to fit in?
