First Morning on New Routine

I am working at home today so I decided to sleep in until 5am (save the 4:30am wake-up for tomorrow). I drove the 15 minutes to the gym furthest away from me and it was well worth it. At 6am the gym was full of wide-awake-enthusiastic gym goers. The kind of people that give the you inspiration you need to get in a great workout. They gym is also equipped with everything - and I mean everything. I completed a 45 minute abs, chest & tricep workout this morning. Tomorrow I am looking forward to a 45 minute leg workout.
