What I've learned so far

Even on my days of eating what I want, short of boosting the calories over (which works for me by the way - as long as it doesn't have me gaining weight) the limit and generally raising sodium for the day, I'm not going over the fat/cholesterol thing. Trans fat doesn't count since you're not supposed to have any, but even eating pizza, I didn't go over the limits. In other words, changing my diet isn't going to impact my numbers it seems. I keep tracking just to make sure, but if the DR says I need to change the diet to lower my number, it isn't going to happen and at least I will have 7 months of record keeping to show that.
I didn't workout at all yesterday. I wasn't feeling well. Very tired and shaky feeling. And I had a bit of a stomach thing going on it seemed. Wicked cramping. So I spent a good portion of the day in bed. I did grocery shop and some laundry. Cleaned out the fish tank. But I slept late, woke up, drank some coffee, went back to bed, got up and had some toast and milk, back to bed. I probably slept an extra 3 hours. ;) But I probably needed it.
Big plans for the day: Take the kid to the library to pick up his "grand prize" for finishing his summer reading already.
