I have a lot going on now. I'm involved in the BLC#19, a weekly weight loss challenge that goes until Nov 3, and my own 50 day thing. Thankfully my weigh in days are Sunday for all 3 things so that's making it easier!
Day 30 was awesome. I ate super healthy today. For my workout I totally passed what I had set out to do. My plan was to run for 20 minutes/walk for 40. Well my friend and I ended up doing 8 miles of running/walking. So I blew my plan away. We ran for a total of 3.5miles and walked a total of 4.5miles. I feel so amazing. We were outside running on a trail along the river. It was perfect weather for working out and beautiful scenery. Loving it! I also did 30 minutes of ST on my arms at home with dumbells.
Tomorrow I'm working a 12 hour night shift again.. so my workout is going to be 30 minutes cardio at the gym and 30 minutes ST legs. I home my legs can take it, they are pretty tired after today. Eating plan isn't figured out yet but it's definitely going to be clean and healthy. I'm going to work on it when I'm done with this blog. I want to see a big loss by next Sunday.
Here are my goals for my first week of BLC #19
1. Stick to all of my pre-planned workouts that I have written down. (I have them written out of the rest of the month)
2. Eat totally clean and healthy every day this week. Stay in my calorie range. No sugar, no processed junk.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Lose at least 2lbs.
I'm so excited for the challenges that I'm participating in!!! Just gives me that much more motivation!
