So the last week so not the best for eating or exercise. I still ate healthy food everyday but at night there was too many extra calories. But I am getting back on track. New week starts tomorrow.
I bought a juicer today. Found one online in town for a good deal. Lucky for me the lady bought it and never used it. I drink a green smoothie almost everyday but I thought this would be a good way to juice veggies I don't like to eat and ate it to my smoothies. Also with my son having sensory processing disorder food can be difficult. But he does eat popsicles with almost anything in them so I can make them out of fresh juices and veggies!
So here are my goals for the week.
1. Exercise 5x 30 minutes.
2.Pass my drivers test.
3.No eating after 7. If really hungry have a spoon of peanut butter or apple or banana. That is all!
4.8 glasses+ water a day.
Starting off Monday by walking to my boys speech appointment. Lots of huge hills 45 minutes each way! And lots of fruit and veggies prepped and ready to use. Cooked lentil soup for lunch and dinner tomorrow so I am all set for food. I notice when i don't have my food planned out I ended up not eating enough during the day and snack too much at night.
