I am trying to stick to my goals and will continue to do that during the coming week.
I will stay below 1500 calories.
I will get 30 minutes of cardio in each day.
I will get 10,000 steps each day.
I will do 200 steps on my elliptical trainer each day. (to build up slowly)
I will do 10 minutes of toning 3 x per week.
I am going back to basics because that is what worked for me when I first started SP.
I have been maintaining but now I am ready to get that last 10-15 pounds off.
Here's hoping we all have a healthy week.
