Over the past 2 weeks I have had the on again/off again with my eating. Something triggered my off days (not sure what) then I would do good again then off again. Well thankfully back on track again feeling better.
The good thing is I never skipped my water any of the days not the off ones or on ones. I know my water is essential to my well being. I have been having some overly tired days.
I began on a new regime of Thyroid action supplements I am hoping these begin to give me my much needed energy back. Unfortunately as one of those people who slip through the cracks, I have no medical coverage. So I read up on things and the things I have read are leading me to believe I may have a thyroid issue. (the supplement is natural and not expensive so if it works great if not I am out $10)
I need to keep those off days at bay! So extra energy will be one of my pluses which will keep me on track. I am still napping on my days off as I am exhausted!
Well I posted good numbers today just 45 calories over my goal but got my water in completely! A great day overall! All my numbers are great except those few extra calories so I am happy with that!
