Garry and I have been working out together first thing in the morning with a DVD for a while now. Right now we're still doing Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred [level 3!].
Breakfast was a big breakfast burrito: a whole wheat wrap w/ veg-tofu scramble, Mexican-style soy crumbles and brown rice, topped with enchilada sauce, almond "cheese" sauce, and cashew "sour cream"----and as always coffee w/ Silk creamer.
Breakfast was so satisfying we had a late lunch of fresh corn, roasted sweet potatoes and a vegan philly cheese steak made with homemade seitan, caramelized onions and almond 'cheese' sauce.
We had a serving of peach-raspberry crumble topped with banana "ice cream".
I'm still having fun with making vegan cheeses so finished up the day with a little cheese plate with spelt crackers and grapes.
