Ever feel envious of other peoples losses?? Me??? Like every other day!! Some people eat less then lose, some stop carbs then lose, some go to the gym3x a week(omg only 3x
) annnd lose a ton!!!!!!
I find myself getting so annoyed when I should be so happy!!!!! I wanna scream I go to the gym 6 days a week! I eat clean 70% of the time! Its not fair!!!!!!!!!
Then I snap out of it and try to search for positives...like I can wear Under Armor and not be totally offensive
I split my long run today and pushed the baby while my 5 year old biked.
I give it my all everyday. I carry bikes when tires pop 1 mile into the run. I do 100 situps no problem each workout. I have ditched wheat almost completely, and I didn't drink wine this weekend! All these positives MUST reward me at some point!
In the mean time Ill stop being jealous of other peoples fat loss and wait on my own.
