I just did my first Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds dvd program and I had FUN EXERCISING! ME! Those are 3 words I never thought would be in the same sentence. I've always loathed exercise (yes, yes - I did some, but grudgingly). It's partly my new knee, which is finally working pretty well and partly Leslie Sansone, who I'm loving and partly the Spark People community which emphasizes finding ways to incorporate movement and fitness into your life in ways that work for you. So, now I've discovered that I don't mind exercising with weights and I really enjoy Walking dvd cardio fitness. What's next? Who knows!
