I started following the DASH Diet Weight Loss Solution five months ago, on 3/8/13. Today, I'm down 30.5 lbs on DASH and 33.5 altogether. I've lost 8.25 inches from my waist and 4.25 inches from my hips. I've gone from a size 16 to a size 6/8.
I started working out again in late March, and now am looking forward to new fitness challenges, including training for a 5K obstacle course race.
This month, I will get to goal. Right now I have 1.5 lbs to lose until I'm at the middle of my goal range! And I'm registering for that obstacle course race.
