So, I've started carrying a jump rope with me for my work travels. I felt a little kooky just jumping, and then I started keeping track of how many times I could jump without missing (or hitting) the rope. Made it much more interesting. Like an adult combination of getting a PR in a run, and the little kid keeping count.
I didn't think much about the jumping, until I input it in the fitness tracker today. 5 mins of jumping rope (slow!) is 92 calories? Seriously? That's better than running. Dang! I need to get on this, altho my knees are currently protesting...maybe because I'm barefoot. LOL!
