Its a new week. Sunday morning pancakes have been a family tradition. At first I thought I had to let go of this yummy treat. But, I have learned you can turn most recipes into clean eating with a little creativity. My husband adds lots of extra eggs (sometimes protein powder), We use organic wheat flour and oatmeal and whatever seasonal fruit we have. We get creative it's special to the kids. Sometimes I put peanut butter, Greek yogurt, fruit or a tablespoon of maple syrup. A great family meal to eat before our 7.5 k trek. I love the park we are going to has a work out park to so we strength train there. Well I hope you are enjoying your day and loved ones and fitting some fun fitness in too!
