So one of my goals was to get below an 8 minute mile. On the last little bit of my run today I looked down at my watch 7:58! HOLY CRAP!! It was basically an all out sprint. So that's what that feels like? Now that I know I can do it, gotta keep at it!
Monday: 2 miles and SWEAT
Tuesday: SWEAT and hot yoga
Wednesday: 400'sx3 and SWEAT
Thursday: SWEAT and a movie day:)
Friday: 3 miles SWEAT and bootcamp
Saturday: Spin SWEAT and POWER
1596.10 miles for the year!
