Day two of T-Tapp, I did about 20 minutes, 120 calories. I'm going to do the first day of my Abs Diet workout today too, just needed a quick breather and have to go get my dumbbells from my bedroom. The workout is one set of 5 ab exercises, then two sets of various other exercises I believe. It is outlined in the book in a nice chart, but I think I'm going to try to type it up or print it out as well because it's easier than having to find it in the book every time, and obviously it's not something I can do from memory yet.
We went grocery shopping and I got a lot of pretty good stuff that I can take with me to work, I tried to be mindful of the ABS DIET POWER acronym. I do need to get milk at some point, mine had turned. I am really weird about milk and won't use it if it smells at all or is past the sell-by date... milk actually kind of grosses me out to be honest.
Cleaned my bathroom this morning including washing the floor, toilet, sink, and shower. Folded laundry and put it away but, as always, have more to wash. Organized my closet as it was getting a bit untidy. Now off to do my workout and have some lunch with Spencer, then he's going down for a nap and I'm going to do homework.
