So I'm not sure how many people would agree with this, But I have a cheat day every Saturday. I decided to keep that cheat day even after I joined sparks people about a week ago. So yesterday was my first cheat day in my changed lifestyle.
So I woke up yesterday and I made a huge breakfast for My fiancÚ and kids. I made bacon, pancakes, eggs, Biscuits and fruit. Mind you the day before I figured out what kind of eater I am on sparks people ( I get excited about food). I somehow made it my life. So the day before I had to wrap my mind around that, and I did. It all started to come together and once it did I notice that I'm starting to look at food in a different light and I'm just not taking that much pleasure in the crap foods that sounded so good just a few days ago.
So I'm eating my big breakfast and I noticed that I just wasn't that into it. I Ate slowly and with all the food I put on my plate I ate 1 pancake a slice of bacon and a little of my eggs. THIS IS A HUGE CHANGE FOR ME!
Usually after a cheat day I go on this weekend binge (from a cheat day that should've only lasted a day)But today I made a healthy breakfast and logged into here. I realize this seems small. But its huge for me. Not only did I eat well on my cheat day. I didn't make the days to follow a downward spiral. I'm very proud of myself.
