So TOM didn't kill me completely, I lost .2 lb. It's not a whole pound but a loss is a loss.
Then for today's weigh in, I lost 2.4 lbs. Well, of course I did, TOM left. So now to embark on some real weight loss. My goal is to lose 1 lb.
Also, I've been working on getting 7 hours of sleep since earlier this week. I was good for a couple of days, so now just to make it a habit. I would like to aim for being in the bed by 10 pm and see where it goes from there.
So let's recap on the goals....
1. Lose 1 lb this week
2. BE in bed by 10 pm
3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep
I would like to maintain ...
1. a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day
2. counting calories for at least 4 days of this week (lots happening this week, so Im aiming low)
3. sticking to my half marathon training schedule (i've found that Mondays I'm too pooped to do anything, but this is the first time I've ever done this.)
