I've been thinking I need to give myself a new challenge. My weight has been within the healthy range for some time. Through calorie-counting and exercise it's been staying there.
One really great thing is to be a part of several maintenance challenges over at the "At Goal and Maintaining" Team. For this most recent challenge I've stayed around #10 out of about 60 other really motivated SparkPeople.
I don't really take my other body measurements very often. I've been thinking that I should try really working on some of those areas that are a bit jiggly yet. It takes a bit more time to measure (versus jumping on the scale) but I think it would be really motivational to see the numbers change for the better. Of course, it would take a lot of work to finally minimize those jiggles and I might not see the numbers change.
