MOSTMOM1 started a challenge to get 30,000 steps in a day. I kept thinking there is no way I can do that many steps in a day. Sometimes getting 10,000 in a day is a challenge. A few days before the challenge I decided to get 15,000 steps in, Then the day after I did 20,000! and the day after that 25,000!.And I ended the day today with 32,814 steps!
I started the day at 7:30 when my husband left for work. My walking partner was my dog Buddy. He was more than happy to get a long morning walk in while it was cool outside. We came in around 8:30 and had breakfast. After that I put some music on and danced while doing the dishes and cleaning up the kitchen. Buddy kept looking at me like I was crazy.
I marched in place while picking Blueberries and folding the laundry.I also did some hooping.
I danced around while I made lunch, and sat on my exercise ball while I ate. All movement counts Right?
Buddy and I ran around in the house playing chase.
My husband was nice and took me out for diner. And then we did some shopping. And Buddy and I went for another walk.
That's How I got my 30,000 steps to glory!
