got the ickies

Saturday, August 10, 2013

So dinner was ok, I was disappointed in a lot of the selection. There was a tonne of seafood, which I do not eat, barely any veggies and everything was breaded, so trying to eat gluten free was a no go. The show was called Uptown Country girls. Basically the whole show was singing country songs. Now ask me if I enjoy listening to Country music? That is a NO! I didn't get any pics of me in the dress. After pumping to have milk to leave with MIL my ladies were popping out of the dress I had to wear a wrap.

Rash wasn't quite cleared up so we took enough diapers to have MIL change every hour. She had turned on the heat because the baby was coming over. She ignores us when we tell her to not over heat the baby. I had gotten a text from DH's aunt saying Anissa had been crying for 2 hours and cried herself to sleep. When we arrived there I found her wet in her onesie and when I changed her I found out why, they hadn't put the diaper on correctly, because they thought she was crying because her bum was sore instead of being too hot and they had only changed her once. How can I let this woman take care of her when I go back to work, because DH keeps telling her that she is, now I am rolling my eyes on this subject.

Anyways, I went for a run on Tuesday and I had a rough run, I had to walk more than run, my girls were so sore, plus I felt like I had to go to the bathroom. After the run I kinda started wondering if I have a bit of a UTI, so I started drinking cranberry juice. I feel much better in that department. My girls however was still hurting, and I then realized my hurt was related to Anissa's bum rash. We went to the Dr's and sure enough we both are infecting each other with yeast. Gah! There was a mix up with our benefits and I couldn't get the meds, so we have to wait until Monday, I have been putting some cream on my girls to make them feel better and it seems to be working, but we have to eliminate it from us to get better.

Feeling much better today and the only way little miss will nap, so out we went for a run. She was out within 5 minutes. I managed to run 8k today and no problems! If it is nice tomorrow I will be doing it again.
