So I have been tracking my food for the last few days and guess what!
My iron and Vit B 12 intake is WAY below daily requirement!
AND GUESS WHAT ELSE!!!
When I don't eat according to "The Plan" and just eat what I think I should I am WAY below my calorie requirement for the day.
Funny that! No wonder my poor body was protesting!
NOW....if I get my daily requirements up and eat within my calorie range and STILL put on weight, then I have PROOF for my doctor that something is wrong!
If I have been under-eating causing my body to go into "starvation mode" then this should rectify itself pretty soon.
Now I know that all calories are not created equal and all that jazz....but I am looking at nutrient intake too! NOT JUST PURE CALORIES......
Tonight I cooked green beans from a friend's garden and they were sooooo good!
I thought I had eaten a lot today, including a nice cider...and I will STILL just barely making the calorie range! So I planned tomorrow's meals ahead of time and balanced it over the day....
plugged it into the tracker and I am in range, but just barely, so that gives me wiggle room.
I am still at the weight I was when I lost that pound ( for real) and TOM is here! So THAT is another surprise!
Anyway....I think hubby is encouraged to see me track and it is giving me useful data I need!

Didn't get any home improvements done today, but it's marathon, not a sprint, so it will get done...a little at a time!
( I got a lot done on Thursday and Friday...)
