Bringing back the cardio

I am on the move again. Walking is a bit rough with the knee issues.
Sprain + weight = a long way back
But now, I am reconnecting with my love - the stationery bike. I still have a hard time throwing my leg over the "saddle" to get on so the seat is probably a bit lower than it really should be, but at least I am getting on it and feeling good. I am just getting reacquainted so I am not doing an all out effort, but I see where I can do more and maybe how I can fit more into my routine. This is good.
I also met with my trainer today and worked with resistance bands. Ok, do not let those rubber bands fool you. That stuff is hard. I feel just as much backtalk in my arms from that as I do the weights or the medicine ball. Looks can be deceiving. They look like a cakewalk and they are tough. HA HA.
Hubs and I went out to dinner and I had pecan crusted chicken. It was good --- but for one serving they brought me 3 chicken breasts. I ate one and 2 are sitting in my fridge along with veggies. That was some crazy portion.
