Week #2 Recap

2lb loss!! Woohoo!
I couldn't believe it when I saw it. I did put in effort. I logged all my meals for the week and I believe I only went over once. Workout wise I didn't do so hot working out only once.
Next week I need to work out more days and stay focused on that goal! However TOM came to visit this week so a 2lb loss is amazing to me!
This week emphasized that tracking is key! Let's do this spark friends!!
