I went out and purchased some new plates and bowls because I'm one of those people who loves to snap pictures of her food... and I like it to look cool! lol
Rather than have my typical lunch, I opted for breakfast. Everything was properly portioned .. 3/4 cup cereal, 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened vanilla, egg substitute with broccoli a little cheddar and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Salt-Free spice. I placed the egg mixture in a bowl with a little butter flavored Pam and microwaved it for like 2 minutes. On the side was 1/2 cup (I know it looks bigger in the photo but this was actually a smaller sized plate that I normally eat on and the bowl was also smaller. Helps with portions and making me feel like I am not depriving myself .. anyhoo.. avocado, 1 tbs chopped cherry tomatoes and 1 tbs chopped red onions.
It was very delicious and satisfying. Dinner will most likely be chicken breast and asparagus..
