So far so good today. I had to work a 12 hour day shift in the middle of all my night shifts to help out a co worker so I'm worried a little bit about my eating today because I have to stay up all night. So to make up for it, I am putting in a full 40 minute Cardio swim time at the gym after work. I'm also going to watch and make sure I don't "bored" snack either.
