Well, I woke up sluggish this morning, after an extremely restless night. I believe the adrenaline of the past two days has gone *POOF*. However, will still putter and and work on my living room and bed room in 15 minute increments until I don't feel like it anymore.
I have VH-1's video count down in which is imbuing me with some energy. Music is amazing! 'nuff said!
Last night I watched some TV and I definitely saw how it keeps me inactive. I kept thinking I need to do this or that and ended up sitting for a solid two hours. I am definitely going to monitor how much I watch and make sure that when I do, I don't have other things I think or know I should be doing.
So my record for no TV (voluntarily)is about a 44 hours, or if you figure the amount of hours I was actually awake... 27 hours...*LOL* Either way...this is going to be more and more a conscious decision, which will ultimately be the rule rather than the exception!
I have had do meatless days...without even thinking about it.
Oh yeah, I've lost 2 pounds after plateauing forever! This weekend has done me a world of good in every possible way!
