So much has happened in the last month. A good friend passed away unexpectedly. Three of my children moved (and we helped each one with packing, moving and settling in). Two daughters and my son-in-law started new jobs. I finished up a ministry position I had been doing for three years. I started a new "job" watching my grandson three days a week. I spent almost two weeks with very little Internet access.

I've got an entirely new schedule. I am splitting my time between home and my daughter's new home. It will take some getting used to, but I'm excited.

I haven't logged. I fell off exercising regularly. I may have gained some weight.

I have been active ( try keeping up with a 14 month old all day!). I've tried to go for as many long walks as I can.

I'm disappointed that I haven't kept up with the running. I had hoped that the c25k would lead to taking up running as a regular thing. That hasn't happened. I'm finding it even hader to fit in.

I'm staying with my daughter and her family part time and have less control over food while I'm there. When I come back home, I never know what's going to be in the fridge or cupboards. I need to figure this out.

I'm going to try to get back to logging food and exercise. Here I go again!
