Time to set a new goal!

Saturday, August 10, 2013

Yeah! I've reached my first goal, about a month late but better late than never is the speed a lot of things go in my life. So I've lost my first 35 lbs. and it feels great , had a few setbacks in July with 2 birthdays along with cake and icecream. And the sudden loss of my sweet little Reesee that caused a couple weeks of depression and emotional eating just to feel better and take my mind elsewhere. Well I know better , but it does ease the feeling of loss somewhat :-[ so im turning the page and moving on , while trying to get back on track with my eating habits , as they have lowered my calorie intake another 100 cals. ! Its sometimes so hard to stay in range , so I try to move more and my body has become accustom to my exercises too. Well I guess I can change that up as well. Its a long and never ending journey keeping aboard this weight loss wagon! I am willing and able to stay on this ride , even if I do fall off the wagon from time to time. I can achieve my goals slowly but surely I will reach my next 35 lb. goal that I have set for Thanksgiving ! Wish me luck and Thanks for all the inspiration you sparkling spark folks.

Down 35 lbs. and going for the next 35 lbs.!
