It's 9:30 am. I just did the T-Tapp 15 minute workout and another exercise sequence called Half-Frogs (the secret to a flat stomach according to Teresa Tapp) that takes about 5 minutes. Wore my heart rate monitor during. Not a huge calorie burn but I'm sweating. I also did some arm exercises (2 sets of 15 reps, three exercises) and logged them. So far, 200 or so calories burnt today.
My parents are either leaving today or tomorrow.
My plan for the day is to drink a lot of water, start menu planning and go grocery shopping, and get some homework done and of course time with Spencer. I need to call my academic advisor for school, too. In fact- going to do that now.
