Days 28 & 29 of 50

Well I've been very busy the past few days but sticking to my program 100%. I'm at work right now doing a 12 hour.night shift. Before work I did 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes ST legs/glutes . Since midnight I've been doing 5 squats and 5 lunges every 30 minutes to at least keep a little active.
The plan for tomorrow is gym with the hubby. We are going to do an hour of cardio and 30 minutes abs/back. I'm not sure what the meal plan is for tomorrow but it will be something healthy for sure!
