Loving your body

I'm working on the idea of loving my big, fat, sweaty body just the way it is right now. What are some things that I love about it?

I love my muscles. They keep me going for miles. I can feel them coming back. I'm going to be stronger than ever. The more my muscles grow, the faster I can walk, the more my muscles grow, ...

I love how healthy my body keeps me. It hardly ever gets sick. I've got some little "issues" like a touch of arthritis, and achy feet that I have to wrap if I'm going to walk more than a mile. But overall this body has treated me pretty well. I'm trying to return the favor by warming up well when I walk, push a little, a little bit more, but not too much.

So that's really all I can think of that's not about appearance. I'm still not a fan of my plus-size booty or belly.

    Being grateful for your strengths and the great things about your body is a grand idea. when you focus on your positive points, the negative ones don't seem to bad emoticon Keep walking & your booty & belly will get smaller emoticon emoticon
