I am doing well. I am calm and that is a wonderful thing. Typically I am filled with agitation, worry, and stress. Being calm and coping day by day has helped me to avoid pointless eating. Right now I have a good balance between what I need to do (work) and what I want to do (working out, reading, enjoying my family). I am worried about some people and cats, but I feel that everything is drama free.
